Our league is a non-profit, so we participate in many fundraising and promotional events to support the community. We're going to the Phoenix Children's Hospital tonight to set up a Christmas tree for the kiddos. What does your league do?

We support a charity called Play It Forward here in St. Louis. I am part of a new league named Confluence Crush Roller Derby. I used to skate with the Arch Rivals back in the day. We support this charity in loving memory of a fallen zebra that the whole area loved and adored.

NHRD is proud to continually support Girls Incorporated of NH (Dedicated to helping young girls become empowered, smart, and independent women), the American Red Cross (we've raised around 200 pints of blood in the last 2 years), NH Food Banks (we offer a discount at the door if folks bring a non-perishable), and lastly we have worked with the NH Foster & Adoptive Parent Association.
All of our charities, minus the ARC, are local/state oriented and mean something to our league members.
