Good morning ladies,
Today I have HIIT 25 and Tone 30 Classes. I will not do the Tone 30. I’ll do 30 mins of Angie Miller since I didn’t do that last night. I did 45 mins of a kettlebell workout last night, but I didn’t give it my all the last 15 mins. I’m moving into week 12 next week and I see there are 2 rest days….yeah.
What are you up to today?
