Holding steady at 139.
I did take my measurements yesterday so I'm hoping to see some results there. I'm staying under or right close to my calories, even though I could be eating healthier foods and have been rocking the 30DS pretty consistently. I'm less concerned about the number on the scale as to how I look naked and getting back into my normal size clothes. 13 weeks until my 40th birthday and I hope to hit my goal by then.

keep working at getting more nutritional value from those calories. As you work harder with the 30DS, your body is going to need the fuel and what a rockin body you're going to have!!0 -

November 30th weight lost 2 pounds. But better weight loss for December 2nd lost 4 lbs. I'm very happy with myself. I can see under 200 before the end of the Year now. Peace to you all0
