Sorry...running a little late today guys! Been a busy morning!

Today I'm going for 75 reverse crunches.... need to work out that lower tummy. I'm also on a mission to get at LEAST 8 glasses of water in!!

    I'm at 9 glasses of water and will easily hit 10 when I get my workout in once the little one is in bed.
  • I am gonna drink more water (already at 8 today) maybe go for 12. Also, gonna do some plank work for my core (I'm gonna shoot for a minute.) Also gonna spend some time on the treadmill. I don't know if I'm ready for that many crunches yet.

    Got the reverse crunches done at my morning mat pilates group. I tried to do some of the squats from the day before. My knees hate them!
