(Total outdoors: 5.0) Keeping temporary separate totals so that I can keep track in my journal and to help remind me to walk outdoors.
I missed you all during the days that I did not log in. Many fun family/ friends times and busy times also going on as well as some not feeling well (probably weather related like headaches etc) also tossed in the mix, but I'm back today .
Wonderfully warmer temps before it gets cold again so I took the opportunity to walk outdoors.
So much walking going on during our Christmas Challenge! I am so proud of everyone for adding up those miles :drinker:

Have started walking with the dvds again and my foot is fine. I can't do any high impact movements though, but it's ok.
