December Goals

Ok - so I personally did absolutely NOTHING as far as the November Challenge went. What a group leader, huh?! *SMH @ myself*
I did not see any activity with the challenge, so for those that succeeded....WAY TO GO!! I'm proud of you!! If you are in the same boat with me, that's ok....we need to row harder this month and work our butt's off (or in my case, my belly off!).
I am not going to post a December *Challenge* so to speak. I think that with it being the Holidays, people traveling, making goodies, etc. it will be difficult to really stick to a challenge (but I guess if it was easy, it wouldn't be called a challenge, now would it?!).
So, if you would like to post your December *Goals* here instead, please feel free to. I have found that baby steps are a whole lot easier to take, rather than huge leaps (which is what I have been doing ).
I hope that all of you had a wonderful Thanksgiving, and that you all have an amazing Christmas with your families and friends!

My own personal December Goal is to drink at least 64 oz. of water a day. There really is no reason at all that I shouldn't be doing this already. So, it is my baby step goal for the month. Everything else will just be extra kudos for me0

I fluctuate in weight so much but so far for a month i have stayed below 130lbs. so my goal is to continue that, even with the holidays!0

My main goal is to get (and stay) out of the 160s! I'm only a couple pounds away so I think it's doable. My other goal is to get back into the gym! I've been off and on sick for the last month or so. Now that I'm feeling better, I need to start doing some walking and weight lifting again. I just need to find the time!0

Did anyone meet their goals? I unfortunately didn't :-( I got down to 160 but I've kind of stalled around there. I somehow hurt my shoulder (pinched nerve or something.. got so bad that I had to call into work and go straight to the doctor because I could barely get out of bed :-( ) so I haven't made it back to the gym. I however did get a Fit Bit for Christmas and I'm starting to track again, so hopefully this will keep me motivated! Only about two and a half more months to get more in shape for the wedding!0
