I have Fibro, plus Chronic Fatigue, hypothyroid along with many other health issues. Has your Dr. Tested your Thyroid and have you told your Dr. the symptoms of severe fatigue? I battle R.A. also plus heart issues. I hope your goal is to find out why you are so exhausted it is a sign your body is in a battle for energy. I do not even know what energy feels like anymore, food never energizes me and sleep does not either. Please take care of your health before it is too late like mine. I wish someone had told me this earlier as I ignored the symptoms of chronic fatigue for years and pushed my body to work when it should have been resting. Sorry I live in Europe so I have no suggestion for a Vacuum Cleaner. I responded because I saw your symptoms and saw myself in them. Beautiful dog what kind is it?

    hi Miracle,
I battle with RA also, fibromyalgia and my doctor said I had the classic symptoms of chronic fatigue syndrome,so I know how you feel.I was a teacher for 10 years,my body couldnt take it anymore, I took 2 months of short disability but that didnt help so I had to quit working, but now to battle and find new meaning in life,at home not being productive producing an income for the family is depressing but im starting to focus on doing positive things at my own pace.neither do i tolerate stress,my body like shuts down and so and so you know how it is.

I have no idea on the vacuum but for the fatigue green smoothies have been kind of miraculous for me. I blend spinach or kale with fruit and drink at least one daily. The best one for energy for me has an orange, pineapple and a bit of lime with the spinach. You can sweeten with a date or sweetener of your choice but it is really phenomenal how much difference it makes for me. Part of it is the magnesium I think. I take magnesium supplements for the achy muscle pains but found that it helps a little with my energy levels too. If you want an actual recipe I can share one but the fruits and vegetables daily really seem to help.

If you can't push the vacuum around maybe one of those robot ones would work for you? You just turn them on and they use sensors to run around and vacuum.
