                    MONDAY MORNING I WILL BE POSTING MY START WEIGHT FOR THE CHALLENGE AND THEN EVERY MONDAY AFTER I WILL POST A NEW TOPIC WITH CURRENT WEIGHT SO WE CAN ALL SEE WEEK BY WEEK HOW MANY POUNDS WE HAVE LOST AND HOW CLOSE WE ARE GETTING TO OUR GOAL WEIGHT FOR APRIL. I AM GOING TO TRY AND LOSE  30 POUNDS BY APRIL 1ST. SO THAT WOULD BE 7.5 POUNDS A MONTH... WHICH I THINK IS VERY DO ABLE :happy:
