MONDAY MORNING I WILL BE POSTING MY START WEIGHT FOR THE CHALLENGE AND THEN EVERY MONDAY AFTER I WILL POST A NEW TOPIC WITH CURRENT WEIGHT SO WE CAN ALL SEE WEEK BY WEEK HOW MANY POUNDS WE HAVE LOST AND HOW CLOSE WE ARE GETTING TO OUR GOAL WEIGHT FOR APRIL. I AM GOING TO TRY AND LOSE 30 POUNDS BY APRIL 1ST. SO THAT WOULD BE 7.5 POUNDS A MONTH... WHICH I THINK IS VERY DO ABLE :happy:

    Welcome all, I am SOOO happy everyone is up for this challenge and I know we will ALL do great :drinker:
    Tomorrow is day one and I plan on kicking it off will a bang! Best of luck to us all.

    I know its ambitious but I would like to loose the weight before family comes out to visit me again. And my birthday is in April so I figured it would be a great B-Day present to buy a new wardrobe because of my weight loss.
