We are now on the home stretch with 31 days to get as close to our goals as we can!
We can all do this to help out alongside our weekly challenge I will be doing an exercise advent calendar for you all to get involved in. Each day I will post a new challenge to help boost our chances.
This weeks challenge is a miles challenge get out there while you still can if that sounds too cold get on a treadmill, cross trainer or in the pool. See how many you can do. We have done this challenge a few times so far so hopefully you will be increasing your weekly target compared to last time.
Today's advent challenge is an easy one since I have posted far too late (sorry). Relax and prepare for 23 days of hard work

Squats are going to be the death of me!
started a squat challenge too missed a couple of days so have todays 35 from there + 45 from days missed + todays 30 from here...
Sooo not doing them all in one go 65 + what i can manage.... but i am going to have the most beautiful bottom you have ever seen by the end of this lol
