CF Competition - a good, bad, and super ugly experience

Hey all. I just wanted to share my experience at my second CF competition that I had on Saturday. It was UGLY. I should preface this with the statement that I should have withdrawn before the competition. I'd been sick for about 2 and a half weeks with a nasty upper resp grossness, that turned into lower resp and bronchitis. I finally was able to get back to my box about 5 days before the competition and that was still sketchy. My HR was higher than normal mainly because I had issues with breathing and coughing. I took a couple days of rest before the competition and then did the best that I could.
Needless to say, I wasn't on my A-game. It's a little embarrassing to talk about how I actually did at the competition. BUT I gave it my all, 110% of what I could give, and NEVER gave up.
