I hope that you all made your final weigh in a success and that you were able to hit your goal for Turkey Day. I made it about half way and lost my motivation which is so very sad. I have actually gained the weight back, but starting yesterday I am back and ready to take off the pounds. Good luck to you all in your journey. Im off to find another goal... maybe NEW YEARS???
