Hi guys. I completed Level 1 last week. But I'm struggling with my depression and anxiety again, and it's just continuing to get worse. I need to get better and I can't do that here. I can't keep counting calories and restricting myself to numbers. I hoping to be back after the new year but no promises. I'm not making a new years resoultion to lose weight next year. I'm going to just focus on getting better mentally. Good luck to everyone, i hope you reach your goals for xmas.
