Five weeks in with decent progress

I am five weeks into this program and know I'm getting stronger. My OH Press is stalling at 70 lbs and I'm sure I'll be deloading after my next "B" workout, but I'm trying to not get too down about it. On the plus side, my squat weight has increased to 120 pounds. I feel a stall is coming on the squat shortly but I'm going to try to avoid that one if at all possible.

I have noticed my arms are much more defined than they were a few weeks ago. Last week I flexed my bicep and was THRILLED when there was something there. I even showed my hubby and kids! I didn't do measurements and progress pictures this past weekend but plan on it this coming weekend. We'll see how much change there is, but even if there isn't change in the numbers I know I'm getting stronger.

    That is so exciting!! I am really looking forward to not thinking about how my body looks for a while. As long as I am lifting heavier weights then i will be making progress! 70 pounds OH press is amazing!! And the 120 lb squat! Wow! I can hardly wait! Congratulations!!

    Get in there! It is so uplifting to be getting stronger and seeing the results...way to go! : )
