I know I am a day late to start this but I am starting The ripped in 30 today and I really want to challenge everyone to excersice everyday this week. Even if you cant get to a gym or its your day "off" try and get in some sit ups and push ups! I am going to try this myself. I will also be mixing up the ripped in 30 with some biggest loser cardio max or whatever else I can get my hands on.
Heres a good one for days you dont really feel like getting out:
"Fitness At Home"
30 Jumping Jacks
5 Pushups
25 Highknees
7 Burpees
5 Pushups
10 Crunches
5 Pushups
7 Squats
30 Jumping Jacks
5 Pushups
25 Highkness
1 minute wall sit
repeat 2 or 3 times if you can.

I'm in, but I will be skipping the burpees and doing modified jumping jacks and stepping through the Highknees due to a healing ankle.0
