Hello CTL friends !

Just curious if anyone is using Whey Protein Protien ?

Which brand are you using ? Where do you purchase it, cost , taste ,etc...?

What is your favorite way to incorporate it into a recipe ?

    I use it, I buy it in the local bulk food store, I can get as much or as little as I want at a time, it's available in a bulk container and I fill the bag / container as much as I want to. It's just whey powder no flavours no sugar / sweeteners etc

    I use it in shakes, or toss it... lets see... on oatmeal, in pancake batter, in french toast.... on top of mashed potatoes, in porridge, in stew, on top of a pb&j sandwich.... lots and lots of places to use it, try a bit of it anywhere you feel you're not getting enough protein otherwise in the meal... probably work just fine in gravy :P

    I bought Pure Protein Whey Protein powder (chocolate) and I LOVE it. I need to get some vanilla now. I've used it in smoothies and with steel cut oats.
