I have been doing the biggest loser cardio max workout dvd for the past 3 weeks. I have 2 and a half weeks more before I finish the program and go into maintenance. I want to change it up after I finish the 6th week. I saw a jillian micheals yoga dvd. I was thinking of trying that next so I don't get bored. Has anyone tried it before (the dvd or yoga in general)? Or does anyone have a suggestion that I can do at home to change things up a bit?
