December goals!!!

It seems like there is no one around any more. Hopefully you guys check here once in a while and will come back to post and support and get support.
Okay, I am still stuck at the same weight, even though have been eating pretty good/clean and exercising religiously. Plateau? Or just the current plan is not working/ Not sure. So, by the end of December, I would like to increase my exercising time to both burn more calories and build muscle (to burn more calories)--increase by 200 calorie burn, which is about 20 min more at a time and decrease calories by 100-150 a day. The net should be 350 cals less a day, should translate into about 1 lb per 10 days or so. 3 lb loss a month sounds better than 0. So, here I go.
