Options
Weighed in at 188 today.. had been away for a couple of weeks with no scale but knew I dropped some. Doing more strength training next week and focus on running let's see what happens..

    HI, How are you doing?

    I weighed in on Monday and after no loss for all of October and November I have eventually start loosing and am down 2lbs.
    I have started upping my calories aiming toward maintenance for the Christmas period. It seems to have done the trick and my metabolism is moving again.

    I don't know where everyone is these days whether they have just given up but it would be nice to catch up.
