    Not so hot this week...gained a little, but I'm hoping to reverse that this week with better eating!!

    Lost one pound since last week!!!!!!!!!! but between being able to wear a medium dress and my waist now down to a 22, hips down to a 26 (my waist originally was 33, my hips 37.5) I can't really complain much!!!!!!!

    The week wa great. Weekend? Not so much. Champagne, pizza and doughnuts. I never went over though!

    I'm still on track and lost a little this week. Got in some great workouts over the weekend and am planning to stay "in control" this week for maximum results!

    Great to see everyone still pushing themselves to look/feel great for Christmas!
  • Ugh...rough week. The good news is I got three good workouts in (my minimum goal) and I actually ran a full mile without stopping. Being a non-runner, that's quite an accomplishment for me. So food and weigh were not so great, but exercise was pretty good. I'm hoping to get on track this week. :)

    :embarassed: I went down, then back up. So this morning I am the same I was a week ago. Then again, I am only on day 15 of upping calories. How long did it take for most of you to see a loss? Keep in mind I have been eating 1200 calories for years...
  • Lazy weekend due to a tweaked knee :sad: SO cutting back on workouts this week to let the knee rest up and heal, hopefully will be going strong again next week. Weight is stable so cant complain too much despite cutbacks in workout time, and focusing on drinking water while i cut back on food (less food required if less is being burned later :grumble:) Here's to a better week!

    Had an awesome weekend! Ran 18 miles over the weekend up in the foothills trails and down at the river by my house. Ate a little crazy (alcohol, ice cream..) but I stayed under.
