A Free Source of Info and Motivation You Might be Missing?

Hi Everyone and Happy Holidays,

Some of you know that as part of my accountability I produce a Podcast about my weight loss journey. I talk about the issues I'm having in my journey and I do research and talk about the issues and how I am handling them.

Now if you don't know what a Podcast is, it's a Personal on Demand Broadcast. If you have an iPhone or iTunes you can go to the Podcast tab and search for free podcasts that talk about weight loss issues. I listen to 2 Podcasts about weight loss.

1. Half Size Me - Heather Robinson has lost 170 pounds and has been maintaining. Heather has produced 43 episodes. She produces a new one every week. You can go to her website http://halfsizeme.com and listen to all 43 or subscribe on iTunes or your iPhone. I love her attitude and how she breaks it down to easy understandable topics.

2. Quit Binge Eating - Alen Standish only produced 4 episodes, but he has a ton of information in those episodes.

There are a bunch of others that I haven't had a chance to listen to, but they could help you with information, support, and motivation to continue.

If you have an iPhone or iPod Podcasts are a great way of listening to all kind of topics.
