Mmmmmm how good does a breakfast sandwich sound that does not break the calorie bank? Or a Fritatta? Green eggs and ham anyone?!

Ham does not have to be like the days of old with FAT all around it. There are so many lean types of ham now and with less sodium too! Try it as a power packed protein addition to your carnivorous diet. Remember a palm size is a serving or about 3 oz.
Hey and don't forget lunch and dinner! http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/yellow_pea_soup.html or http://www.eatingwell.com/recipes/capicola_grilled_vegetable_sandwiches.html

I kept thinking of "ham" since we talked about hamstrings yesterday! LOOOOL!!!!!!!!

Peace,
WW

I  ham! Pork is my favorite meat. And for breakfast, nothing beats candian bacon. It's amazing how much of that you can eat - 4 slices! and still be such low calories. What is amazing about pork, is the salt. It has to be the saltiest meat going. So I have to watch the sodium with pork. My favorite breakfast at home is a Thomas English Bagel thin (100 cal), 2 slices of Candian Bacon (30 cal ) and an egg stired and cooked in a coffee cup in the microwave (70 cal) - I can add veggies for minimum calories and it's an awesome, quick, out the door breakfast. And I'm not breaking the calorie bank. Love it!!

All of those sound so delicious! I think I'm going to have to try one of them this weekend. I don't usually have time to make a decent breakfast during the week as I'm either sleeping in too late or racing off somewhere and just grabbing something quick that I can eat on the go. Or maybe I'll just have one for lunch or dinner this week... IHOP serves breakfast all day so why can't I, right? Haha
