What do you eat for your protein when you are gluten free? I cannot find high protein bars that are GF. I am eating KIND bars, but it has little protein in it.

Quest Protein bars are Gluten Free and have 20 grams of protein. And they taste good. You can get them at Vitamin Shoppe or Amazon.0

Lots of bars have good protein. Zone, Think Thin. Balance. But really you can get plenty of protein without bars. Same with calcium. My doc has me take a calcium supplement as a precaution but I have not trouble getting it in my diet0

^This.
Honestly, though, who uses gluten as a source of protein? Your protein should pretty much be the same as pre GF.0 -
Why not eat nuts? There's also peanut butter and all sorts of other butters? To be truthful, most of those protein bars taste icky while a handful of nuts - yummy.0
