This is my slimfast highprotein creamy chocolate journey I can do this for at least a week or two to see how it works out.so far so good.im kinda like looking around expecting to be hungry and want to munch but honestly if I do I'll be forcing myself to do it.I like how this first day went.

depending on which plan your following if the optima plan make have some snacks with protein if the 321 plan make 2 of the snacks high protein go to the thread that says slimfast diet plan the old plan is lay out for you. you can do it.
