    Well - those workouts are something for everyone. I was going to take a 10 minute break here at work and then saw the swinging bridge - think I'll wait until I'm home. Thanks for the post! I now have a new YoutTube subscription.

    I am so looking forward to this. I have thinking for several days about finding a workout that will firm up the butt. Although I have lost much weight everything is still squishy.

    Didn't get to check it out yesterday to see what was up, since was travelling for work (6 hours of driving to teach a 4 hour class) so no workouts, but all that standing around definitely caused some hurt to my knees and hips, I'm still sore! Meeting a friend I haven't see in about a year for dinner tonight so another night off, but Friday at 7 am I'm meeting Super Trainer for a training session, then I have a performance at noon, so doubled up for Friday
