The New Year is fast approaching and so are those new years resolutions. To jump start us on our goals in this new year I propose we dust off those Nintendo's - Xbox 360's - and PS3's and start or continue to Jump-Run-Dance-Stretch-or Lift all those pesky Christmas and New Year Party calories away.
First we need about 5 or more challengers to get this party started.
We will set a start date for January 7 so everyone can have time to get sobered up from New Years Day
:drinker: We will see how many are ready for the challenge.
For this Challenge I was thinking we could measure weight in lbs/kg, waist in inches/cent, and also we will track calories...also if you walk or run we could also track distance in steps or miles/km.
You can use whatever exercise programs you own.
