Insanity Question

Hi, I've done a few beachbody programs before, but now I'm thinking about Insanity. I was hoping I could get some insight from people who have done it. It looks REALLY scary, but kinda fun. If you could give me your opinion, I would appreciate it! :flowerforyou:

Hi there! I'm almost done with week 6 and I agree, it can be very intimidating! This is my second attempt (the first time I stopped after two weeks), and I'll just say that deciding to dig my heels in and get through this program was the best thing I could have done for my body right now. Once you get in there, you'll see that it's okay to stop for a breather, a shake out, a "wipe all of the sweat dripping from my face" moment. As long as you keep plugging along, you get through and ultimately feel great! Good luck to you and hopefully you find that instead of being scared of the beast that is Insanity, you turn into a rockin' body beast yourself :)

It's awesome!! Granted, it is one of the hardest workout programs put on DVD, but it is so worth it.. You have to get up and do it every day.. You have to put 100% into it to get the results. But, the results will come.. Being totally up front, you won't see much change in month 1. You'll notice you'll be able to go longer between breaks and you'll see a difference in your fit test results. But, you might not see a lot on the scale or inches. However, in Month 2, the big changes will come. I love this program and will swear by it.. I do other programs also (Les Mills Pump, Les Mills Combat, 10 Minute Trainer, etc) but I started on Insanity and it will always be at the top of my list for cardio.. If you put in the effort, you won't regret it!!
