The Re-Entry is a Challenge...

I am struggling to find my way into a new routine. My mind - and surprisingly, my body - are both wanting me to get going. but my circumstances are still stuck in the 'old' way and I need to re-tool that to support this updated lifestyle. I have worked out a bit at the gym, but it feels very hit and miss. I'd love to hear any other thoughts about how people are integrating into a better and more active balance... it seemed so much easier when someone was telling me what to do and my schedule was already set.
