    I can't post pics tonight but my starting stats are as follows:

    I'm starting to add more cardio to my routine. I'm on day 20 of Julian Michaels' 30 Day Shred, and so far I've gained 2 lbs, gotten much firmer under all that fat, and improved my endurance.

    Now I need to add in losing some of that fat, ha!

    Sorry the image is blurry. ( or big) I'll try to fix it next time. This pic is kinda old but I weigh pretty much the same there as i do now so its not that big of a difference. Of course its scary to post it but knowing that other people can see will motivate me to get off the couch.

    My first goal is to lose 10lbs. With each goal comes a reward. The first ten I will treat myself to watch my favorite DVD. The second one I'll get a pedicure and so on so I'm constantly motivated.

    I'm at work posting this because our internet at home is so sloooowwww....

    So, I don't have any pics handy.

    Goal for this challenge: 159 in 10 weeks.

    My highest weight was 210, so I have lost quite a bit in the past year (not on MFP). I'm finding it difficult to move from where I currently am. I'm hoping this challenge will get things moving in the right direction!

    I've taken my photos and intend to post them, but I can't do it from work so it will have to wait for the weekend.

    I weighed in at 87kg on the 6th of January, with 98cm bust, 88cm waist and 109cm hips. All of those are 5-10cm bigger than usual, and I've gained 10kg in the last year (it's been a horror of a year). I'm 6'1.5" and 30 years old.
