My Goal for this challenge is 170! My weight has been yo-yoing around the 170 to 190's ever since August. SO I hope that through Working out and eating healthy will solve this Crappy Weight of mine! Goodluck to EVERYONE! Please add me for support... I am on here everyday!

I started with MFP Jan 9th, 2011 at 282 lbs....see below, this is the pic that made me change my ways. Even though my lowest weight, prior to the holidays was 220, I weighed in today so start from scratch at 226.
