Here are my day 1 fitness test results:
Switch kicks: 66
Power jacks: 45
Power kicks: 82
Power jumps: 30
Globe jumps: 6
Suicide jumps: 8
Push up jacks: 13
Low plank obliques: 31
I was surprised at how not sore I felt at the end. But I am looking for ward to the next 60 days and the results they bring! I know it's not necessarily about weight loss- it's about gaining strength, muscle and becoming lean. So I hope by Valentines Day to be those things! :-)
