Ladies, please be thinking about what you'd like to do for our weekly challenges in the coming New Year.

Any suggestions, please kindly post them here so we can start 2013 off with a bang!

:drinker: Cheers!

I have to have ideas? It's Monday morning for heaven's sake! **rummaging around purse looking for ideas**

Seriously though...I'm for anything that keeps me on target for calorie goal, water, and exercise. I definitely think strength training exercises should be a part of it. Something that makes me accountable for number of reps is always good.

Hmmmm....I'll try to brainstorm. Unfortunately, today my brain is just soggy.

I honestly need all the motivation I can get. I've not been to the gym since before my surgery & honestly theres nothing keeping me from going & walking or some upper body work on the weights. I could probably get in the pool, but I want to wait after my follow up appointment on the 27th to make sure it's ok to get in chlorine since the procedure ended up being pretty invasive. It took 5 different methods for the dr to finally get my cervix to dilate so he could do the ablation. I just hope this procedure works
