trouble eating enough

I'm having trouble eating enough...according to the Harris-Benedict formula I should be getting about 2018 cals per day. If you ignore my exercise calories, i'm only scraping about 1700-1800. If you go by eating exercise calories BACK, then I'm only reaching about 1400-1500 per day. does anyone have any advice on if they ate exercise calories back on this program, and also if they had trouble eating enough calories?

thanks!

I set MFP to 2000 and I don't log exercise cals, with that I eat around 1950 but I'm satisfied and full every day.

Try to add in high cal, but good-for-you foods like olive oil, avocado, cheese, nuts, greek yogurt or whole fat foods like milk (whole, 2% or 1%, not fat free) and cottage cheese. Have larger portions, 4-6oz of meats vs. 3-4 oz or milk/protein powder with meals
