    I don't think I will make my 180 goal, but I am very happy so far w/ my results so far! I am still going strong on Turbo Fire. I have not missed a single day! I started week 4 today, its so addictive!

    Goal NSV: Include more challenging exercises in my workout routine, such as running, lifting, and/or Jillian Michaels DVDs.

    It was a good week! I reached my goal for the challenge early so I'll see if I can lose a little more or at least maintain before Xmas!

    Goal NSV: I've upped my burn daily, but I had a cool nsv yesterday - I ran my first 5k in months and smashed my personnel best 29.03mins (last time I done it I was over 31mins)
