Any moms to be ever get low back pressure? I started experiencing it this morning. Its right at my tailbone but does not feel like my sciatic nerve ( i have had that pain and know how crippling it can be), its just a heaviness that makes it a bit difficult to sit and walk. ANyone have this and know what i can do?

I had that and it turned out to be the start of labor. It started out as pressure and then a few days later I woke up with crazy lower back pain and it was contractions (yes you can have contractions in your back). Believe me it is the worst I have had contractions both ways back and pelvic and I will take the pelvic ones any day. Keeping my fingers crossed hopefully there will be a baby soon0

Could be early labor as Blink said, but it could just be strain on your lower back from the weight of the baby and uterus.
Try to take it easy and rest as much as you can.0 -
I have that too but don't really know what to do about it. Warm bath might help but I haven't taken a bath in ages because my cat likes to roll around in it and I'm too lazy/incapable to clean it right now lol. I think it's the weight of the uterus. It shifts your center of gravity and pits strain on your lower back muscles.0

It does sound like early labor to me as well.0

Oh never mind my post above. I see you're due soon so it might be labour!0
