    I've been sick for the last week and haven't been able to exercise at all. I also have not logged. With the holiday coming and I'm hosting my family I probably will not be on line much. I will try to eat as healthy as possible and hopefully get my strength back to exercise. Hopefully, I can maintain and keep the 5lbs off. Good job everyone and have a safe and happy holiday!

    Stuck at same weight but determined to get the scal moving again as soon as I can workout again! My back decided it was going to go out on me so right now even moving is extremely painful so my goal is to watch my food intake and hopefully keep that under my goal to at least not gain any weight!

    Just happy I have not gained after a week of no real exercise due to my back...I am healing so soon I will start up again and start getting this weight off!!!!!!
