i already weighed yesterday and lost almost 2 pounds
making a total of 17 pounds since i started in august.

I don't do measurements, and I weighed in on Monday at 195.5 with a loss of 8.5lbs reweighed this morning & I'm at 195.1 loss of .4

I weigh myself everyday just to keep myself accountable and to see how food is affecting me. I'm at a stand still right now. I haven't loss any weight in the past two weeks. Still pushing forward. I go to the gym everyday.0

I was so terrified I wasn't going to lose now that I'm back to training. But I took some advice to drink a lot of water because my body was holding on to water and it worked for me!! YAY loss!
Also asking Santa for a measuring tape (or money to get one). Measurements maybe in January! :happy:0 -

This morning I weighed in at 167.4. This is a pound higher than my ticker b/c I've been pretty lax the past few weeks. That's when I found all of you for my motivation!!! :-) I searched high and low for our measuring tape this morning with no luck! BOO!! I'll either find it or go get some before the day ends! It seems I have gained 2 pounds since my last weigh in two weeks ago, but I am hoping this is just water weight of some kind because I have been very good at what I eat and exercising. As for my measurments, I need to get some dress-maker measuring tape before I can find that out!0 -
