Motivation

Hello All...

I'm new to MFP and I'm liking it far more than I anticipated. My struggle, however, stems from staying motivated to get to the gym after work. I get there on the weekends as I wake up earlier than my husband. During the week is where I'm having trouble staying motivated. I'd go before work but that would mean my day would start at 4am...and I'm awake until 11pm or later most nights...doesn't leave much time for sleep.

I'm looking for as much support and motivation as I can find.
