    This was not a huge loss....BUT it was a HUGE milestone!!! Finaly seeing 150's was a big goal for me!!! I hope to keep it off throughout the holidays!! Gonna be HARD!!! But I will try my best!!!

    Ok short of my goal...but that's ok because I've been packing on muscle. I decided months ago this was not a marathon but a life style change and I'm in it for the long haul....I’m so glad that I took this journey with all of you. Thanks all of your year of encouragement and support. However, my journey is not done, so I will still be here for others of you who are still on your paths.
