Wanted to Check-in before I forgot with the craziness that I know is coming - still can't believe Christmas is less than a week away.
I'm down another pound this week and looking forward to the holidays - I've made it thru some of my biggest food challenges and come out the otherside feeling good, hopefully the next week willbe the same.
I hope you all have a very Merry Christmas and that Santa is good to you!
1) Be more consistent with my exercise, yoga & swimming - not doing so well with this one this week!
2) Drink more water - status quo on this one
3) Lose 15lbs by December 31 so I can start the New Year smaller than I've ever been as an adult - getting really close!

Well Ladies - I am still holding on to one dang lb from my TOM. My water flush is helping some, but without my additional med, it's not coming off like it normally does. That's ok - I've owned it below. Puts me at a total of .4 lb lost for the challenge. Not what I was shooting for, but nothing I am going to get overly upset over.
I went for some follow-up bloodwork today and should know next week if I've got another issue to deal with. I'm praying that it was all a mistake and I can get moving on! I'm 3 shots into my B12 and 3 mega doses into my VitD! I guess I'm feeling a little more energy - although not the immediate boost I was hoping for.
As a funny side note! I made a tuna noodle casserole on Monday - adding broccoli and mushrooms and low sodium soup. I forgot how much it makes, and have been eating that dang casserole every since! Tonight - I'm moving on to Spaghetti...tuna casserole be damned!! LOL!
Have a wonderful holiday week! Enjoy yourselves, we've all done good at getting through these last couple of months! And 2013 will be a great year for us all!

* Lose 10 lbs - Update: Down 1.6 lbs for this challenge. Hovering, ughhhh!
* Eat 2-3 servicing of produce each day - my veggie intake is pathetic - but continue to work on it
*Gym (or home workout - 2-3 times a week - Update: only getting to the gym once a week, but working out at home to get my 3 sessions in for week.
