I have just entered in my final weigh in for the year on the spreadsheet and I have dropped 34.4 lbs over the period, and am very pleased with that

How about others, did you lose the stone or close to it?

    Congrats on that nice work.
    I lost 7.6lbs but lost more inches and body fat so i'll take that.

    Just entered my squeaker goal weight (12-27-2012). I am actually 179.5 (so 13.5 ib lost) but close enough. Worthwhile goal...another stone and half to go....
