Anyone doing the extra videos

I wanted to know if anyone has swapped out the c abs for insane abs I'm probably going to do c abs once more to finish my first month ... Two more days yay the on my rest week when I'm supposed to do core cardio n balance I was thing of every other day doing the sports training. Is that not a good idea? What r y'all's thoughts about that and also how would I incorporate the weight lifting video??

    The schedule I have notes that you should swap those two videos in for month two only.

    I liked Cardio Core and balance a lot during recovery week since it really gave you a break from all the crazyness to a slower pace but still challenging workout. The sports training video is closer to one of the regular Max type workouts. I liked using that in Month 2 quite a bit.
