New to board and Gluten-free

Hi everyone! I'm new to the gluten-free diet, and was looking for some support :-) I was diagnosed with Celiac disease about 3 weeks ago and have to go gluten free. I have not been doing so well, but am determined to change that! I was losing weight with myfitnesspal and took some time away from the diet tracking, but am going to start again, mainly to keep tabs on what I eat. I also want to lose some more weight in the process. Feel free to add me to your friends list :-)

    It does get easier to be gluten free. I've been at it for over two years now, and I actually don't even miss bread anymore. :) This is such a learning time for you, I'll be adding you to my friends list and if there's any questions I can answer I will. :)
