Just wanted to hear what everyone's thoughts were on this.....
Obviously this would be a "gluten free" way to go, but I don't think I could ever stop eating all dairy/meat/yogurt...
Personally just cutting out the packaged food I was eating has made a huge difference.
Thoughts?

I've seen it. However, there are a lot of ways to eat gluten free and healthy. There are many arguments in favour of vegetarian/veganism, but I could show you just as many arguments in favour of meat eating, dairy eating, fruitarianism....
Personally my take on it is eat as little processed stuff as possible. The rest is down to your beliefs, what your body tolerates (mine doesn't tolerate legumes, for example, but I'm ok with dairy in small amounts) and a little bit of what you fancy.0 -
I haven't seen the movie, but I've heard lots about it.
I had to follow a vegan diet for a few months this summer, it was awful. I felt horrible, but at that time my body was really rejecting everything. Meat, dairy, gluten (obviously) eggs etc. Once I was off of everything for a few months I was able to put some meats and eggs back into my diet. Dairy is still a huge no-go. Being vegan is definitly not for everyone.0 -
The more I read posts in here the more I wonder if I am dairy intolerant.
I was totally allergic to dairy as a baby - is it possible for that allergy to resume?
Hmm....0
