Had a great workout today! Now going to my family Christmas with the Elstermeier's. Drank lots of water so hopefully I won't over eat tonight! Merry Christmas Everyone!

    Good job working out today, I guess I had better get off the couch and do something too. Weekends are so hard when you are trying to eat right but Christmas is even worse. I need to get back in the right frame of mind and stick to my schedule.

    Great day today, spent time with family, ate awesome food and got my workout in. Hope you all had a Merry Christmas! Back to work tomorrow. :(
