Had a great workout today! Now going to my family Christmas with the Elstermeier's. Drank lots of water so hopefully I won't over eat tonight! Merry Christmas Everyone!

Good job working out today, I guess I had better get off the couch and do something too. Weekends are so hard when you are trying to eat right but Christmas is even worse. I need to get back in the right frame of mind and stick to my schedule.0
