What is your goal?!

I am 5 ft 2.5 inches and currently 162 lbs. My goal for 2013 is to lose 37 lbs. That will bring me down to 125 lbs. I am currently a student and recently quit my job because juggling school and full time work was too complicated and unfortunately my position wasn't available in part time. I have classes every day Monday to Friday between 9 am and 3:30 pm and then homework but aside from that my evenings leave me free enough to dedicate 1-1.5 hours for the gym. My goal is to hit the gym 5 x a week for 60 minutes (cardio, weights and stretching) I have recently hit a plateau so from the 27th to January 6th I am hoping to hit the gym twice a day, cardio in the morning as soon as I wake and then hit the gym in the evening as usual.
