Going full force in 2013

Hey there -- for 2013, my goal is to lose 75 lbs by the end of the year (this year I lost around 40 in 6months, so I think its dooable). I'm 6'4, so end goal of 220lbs sounds about right.

I'm starting the year around 295... and if I lose around 7 pounds/month, I should nock off around ~20lbs by March. I'm going to go full force for the first month of the year, to really set a good routine that will hopefully carry me to my ultimate goal.

Add on this, I also see a personal trainer once a week -- I just need to refocus my energy in getting to the gym on my own 1-2 times a week on top of this, and continuing to eat better

    Good Luck!

    I loved my personal trainer sessions as it really did push me and teach me how to do work outs right. :) Just make sure to log and track what you are doing so you can do it on your own later. :)
