I am always on the lookout for healthy, low calorie, low fat Indian recipes for at-home as well as Indian Party cooking and would like to get some inputs.

Why not try some home-made paneer or gobhi tikka or if you eat non veg then chicken tikka. You can then make a wrap with it.

Make a marinade with yogurt, lime juice, chilli powder kasuri methi, garam masala, ginger and garlic , 1tsp oil and maybe a tbsp of besan. Do not add salt to the marinade as then the vegetables release water and marinade becomes watery and thin.

Add cubes of onion, capsicum and paneer/chix or florets of gobhi in the marinate. Marinate for 4-5 hours.

Add salt before cooking and pan-grill or roast in an oven.

For wrap with this tikka. Just make a whole wheat thin roti. Add a good serving of coleslaw( julienne of carrot, onion and cabbage with yogurt, mustard, salt and black pepper), add prepared tikka and any sauce like a mint and coriander chutney or some herb sauce.
