Been at it for a month now. I'm a former power lifter, single full time dad, and now a crossfit dude. Its tough because I'm not a regular size guy in crossfit. I'm 6'3" 245 lbs. Been on MFP for a year now went from 270 down to 220 lbs. CW is 245 and 19% BF because I was bulking up, now that I'm doing crossfit I think I won't be doing the bulk anymore. Too much weight to be doing the routines with, plus I'm 46 years old. Any advice would be welcome.
