Excess skin??

Been on my weight loss journey for almost a year now and doing really well. Lost 5 stone so far, which presents a bit of a problem or me.

Looking in the mirror, I can see progress and I am really happy with it, but the skin around my stomach area is really loose and floppy so that where my pot belly was, I have a flabby overhang.

I'm looking for some advice on how I can make the skin firmer especially in this area, I've seen worse (a lot worse) and don't think it is serious enough or particularly unsightly to warrant going under the hammer. But to me, getting rid or substantially reducing this will move me into a completely different zone from where I am now on this journey to take greater control of my body.

Kind rgds, Carl

Wait. after 2 years if there's still too much. Doctors = surgery.

If the skin has been stretched for a while then the chance of it going back is very slim and no amout of exercise will help, although it will tone the underlying muscles.
I have the same problem after a 6 and a half stone loss this year, and now find myself with spaniel ears for boobs, bingo wings, and a belly that looks like crepe paper, but at least we are both healthier and that is the main reason people lose weight.
