Big weigh in tomorrow, I hope I worked hard enough to at least maintain my current BF%!! It was a hard week with all the goodies around everywhere I went so we will have to wait and see. Good Luck to everyone!

    Had a good weigh in today, I was down in both weight & BF!! Thanks for pushing me this week Gina. Now on to the last week... go Slim Gems!
